How does pricing work?

Per-guest pricing for candle or perfume making, plus a flat on-location setup fee. Add-ons (12oz candle upgrade) are per-guest. We send you a complete itemized quote at inquiry, no hidden costs, no surprises.

What's the minimum group size?

8 guests for private home experiences. 12 for corporate.

Do you provide refreshments, food, or champagne?

We focus entirely on the candle and perfume craft, that's where our work is. Hosts are warmly welcome to provide their own refreshments, food, or beverages for guests.

What space do we need?

A flat surface that comfortably seats your group - dining table, or banquet table all work beautifully and a separate table for the wax warmer. Access to a sink within 25 feet of the workstation, 1 grounded outlets nearby. We send a simple host checklist after booking so nothing is left to guesswork.

Are children welcome?

We love kids but candle pouring involves hot wax, so we ask that children under 12 be supervised in a separate area during the pour. Older children are welcome with adult guidance.

What about pets?

Pets should be in a separate room during the session, both for allergy reasons and for their safety around hot wax and fragrance oils.

How far in advance should we book?

Most weekend dates fill four to eight weeks out, especially May through October. Corporate events require eight business days minimum lead time.

What's the deposit, and how does payment work?

A 50% non-refundable deposit confirms your date. Final payment is due seven (7) days before your event. Deposits can be applied to a rescheduled date with at least 14 days' notice.

What's the difference between 10oz and 12oz candles?

Our standard candle is 10oz, included in the per-guest rate. Upgrading to 12oz adds $10 per guest and gives each guest a larger, longer-burning candle to take home — same fragrance, same beautiful vessel, simply sized up.

How long does the experience take?

Plan on about 90 minutes from start to finish, with another 1 - 2 hrs for the candles to cure before guests can take them home safely. We arrive 1 hr before your scheduled start to set up.

What happens if not everyone shows up?

Your minimum spend is locked at booking. If a guest cancels last-minute, we'll have her finished product set aside for her to receive afterward.

Do you provide insurance documentation for corporate venues?

Yes, we carry general liability coverage and provide a Certificate of Insurance for any corporate venue requiring one.

Can we book a candle and perfume combo for the same group?

Yes, combination bookings are available. Tell us in your inquiry and we'll structure a quote that accommodates both crafts within a single session.
